<Regular Meeting> Past emotions dug up?!

Impressions <Regular Meeting>

What is the most memorable thing about it?

Be aware of your gallbladder.

It was my first experience talking about gallbladder and anger.
A, who took the course with me, answered the question about anger:
When things aren't going as planned. When you're short on time.
I know exactly how you feel when you say, "I'm taking it out on my kids!"
Your gallbladder will tell you exactly what you're doing.

What did you realize this time?

At first, I didn't feel any anger or anything.
He dug up the past and said, "You were really angry about this!"

I felt like they were saying, "You had a hard time!"
The tension in my shoulders was gone and I couldn't stop crying.
I feel like I experienced healing itself.

What does healing mean to you?

Listen to the voice of your heart.

When I'm happy, when I'm sad, when I'm angry,
I think being my own biggest ally is what will heal me.

Today's workshop felt like it was telling my younger self that everything would be okay.

Is there anything else?!

I read the teacher's book (Empathy Aroma Class),
I was interested and I'm glad I was able to participate.

The Zoom lesson also includes illustrations,
It was very easy to understand even for beginners.

I'm not good at output, so I'm afraid of speaking directly on Zoom.
This is an area I hadn't ventured into before, so I'm glad I was able to give it a try this time.

I'm also not good at meditation, so a lot of things come to mind right away,
I would like to use this experience to try meditation as well.

Thank you very much for today!
